Problems with vehicle's seat belts. *mr when the vehicle goes over bumps, large or small, the seats belts tighten, which prevented the passenger from moving. As the interior of the vehicle warmed up, the seat belt would work intermittently, but when cool or cold, they would tighten up so hard that the passenger would become unable to breathe. *scc
