For a couple of weeks my honda accord exl (2014) has been giving me trouble when i try to start it up. I put in a new battery about 2 months ago and had it tested several times. At random times when i try to start my vehicle it only turns on the console and not the engine, after i turn it off to try to start it up again the brake pedal seems to get a bit locked and it isn't as easy to press down on it.
