Collision mitigation braking system activated for no reason, on surface roads and highway speeds, vehicle slammed on brakes automatically, there is nothing on the road in front of the car. This has occurred numerous times. Dealerships told me that there was no registration in the warranty system because they were unable to fix the problem so no record of this problem was sent to honda usa.
