    I was in an accident on saturday 1/13/2001 there was major damage to the front of my honda accord that the radiator was moved the hood was smashed toward window, but driver's air bag didnt come out should it have popped out? And when i plug something into my cigarette lighter it makes a flicker like wires are not connected right should i be concerned?????*ak
