I rear ended another vehicle. The air bag did not deploy and the seat belt did not hold. I hit the steering wheel and fractured my sternum.*ak

The seatbelt in my honda accord is too small for me to use. Honda cannot provide me with a seat belt extension which would allow me to use the seatbelt. Not only am i compromising my safety, but i have already been ticketed once for failing to wear my seatbelt. The highway patrol officer did not believe that i could not obtain an extender from the manufacturer. *ak
