Tl*- the contact owns a 1999 honda accord. The right headlight was brighter than the left headlight. The contact stated that the plastic covering over the headlight was shaded with a yellow film over it, which caused the left headlight to appear dim. The vehicle had not been taken to the dealer. The current and failure mileage were 80,000. *ak

My 1999 honda accord's low-beam headlights quit working without notice. I will be driving and then they will just turn off. I have checked the bulbs, and the bulbs are still new. I have bought many sets of bulbs, and the problem persists. I have heard of similar problems japaneese made accords, and american civics. My accord was manufactured in japan.
