    2000 honda. Catastrophic failure of front left ball joint. (see prior recall of hondas 1998-1999 for this, also.) left urn into a driveway, from virtual standstill. Left front ball-joint/knuckle failed, suspension collapse, tearing away of undercarriage, wheel collapse.

    While driving at approximately 68 mph on interstate with cruise control on, vehicle jerked to the right first, then a massive jerk to left. Vehicle performed a 360 degree turn, and went airborn.
