Tl*the contact owns a 2006 honda accord. While driving 50 mph, the contact made an incorrect turn and struck a palm tree with the front end of the vehicle. During the crash, the safety harness retractor failed and the air bags did not deploy. There were no injuries and a police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a junkyard and has not been diagnosed by the dealer. The current and failure mileages were 24,000.
