Vehicle was traveling 45 mph on firestone, affinity tires with less then 20,000 miles on them. While traveling on dry, good pavement the right rear tire experienced a complete blowout causing the vehicle to turn violently to the left and come to a complete stop in a bar ditch. When nearing a stop and trying to make a right turn, it will make a sound... Then keeps going before actually stopping... Increasing risk of hitting car in front. Also when on the highway, car will want to kind of stall out die. Maybe a short circuit or something that is defective.
