2007 honda accord trunk deck. When you open the trunk deck in the open position it will not stay in place and it will come down and hit you in the head. Dealer has stated that there is nothing they can do. This has hit my family multiple times. I have contacted honda america about this problem and they spoke to the dealer but led to a dead end.
