Pulled sun visor down and something broke, now it just hangs about half way down, seems to be a lot of this with civics as well according to postings on the web. This is a distraction and blocks view of driver.

    Visibility

Windshield wipers do not clear windows during rainy weather. On the upswing the passenger side wiper moves the water from the passenger side onto the driver's side of the windshield. This causes the driver's visibility to be deteriorated significantly in rainy weather by never clearing the windshield of water. *tr
