As an example, i have -30 degree washer fluid in the car, it is 25 degrees out this morning, car sat in the garage all night. The headlights on this car are terrible at night. I have perfect vision, uncorrected, and still there is like a straight dark bar across where the top of the headlights reach and nothing is visible above that point.
