Seat belt will not reset the light is on constantly the wind shield wipers control the water will never pump the water out however the pump is good. The radio works however you can not see the panel and lights, that includes the air conditional and heater lights. I was in a parking garage and pulling into a parking spot. I was within 2 feet of the concrete wall and foot over break when my car accelerated with enough force to deploy the airbag and push the frame into the radiator. It happened so fast, i tried to brake but it was over within seconds. I could not have been going more than 2mph or less as i did not even have foot on gas.
