Older people have a high end hearing loss. Hence, the driver who has the signal on cannot hear it and it misleads on-coming and following vehicles. When the headlights are turned on, both lens covers show a thick round circle distorting the beam projection.. Honda claims this happens on all the accords and refuses to do fix the problem under the warranty. They said if they replaced the lights it would just happen again. They said its dust but it looks like the circle is etched, either way the light appears distorted

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 honda accord. While driving at night at any speed, the headlights appeared to have a black shade that covered half of the lamps on both sides. The contact could not see the road or any object entirely. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle was functioning as designed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 10,000.
